Session mechanics

  • One-tap starts: 15, 25, 30, 45, or 60 minutes.
  • Mid-session fallback to 5-minute mode if needed.
  • Add-time options in 5-minute mode: +10, +15, +25, +30, +45.
  • End-of-session flow to mark completion and close intentionally.
