Guide
Build a calm digital workspace in 30 minutes.
Use this framework to reduce setup friction and make focus routines easier to repeat across real days.
Outline
- Start with only essential widgets.
- Set visual hierarchy before polish.
- Assign one ambience profile per session type.
- Create two starter Spaces: Planning + Deep Work.
- Finish with a reset ritual.
1) Keep essentials visible
Use one planning surface (board), one capture surface (notes), one timing surface (Deep Focus), then add extras only when they reduce friction.
2) Build around session flow
Place your primary card column and active note near the center. Keep ambience and media controls reachable but secondary.
3) Make reset loops tiny
At session end: update card status, capture loose notes, and reset your timer default. Small consistent closes create repeatability.
